Four Points by Sheraton Asheville Downtown

Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern with all the essentials and nifty soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. A good size closet was available for storage along with a large dresser and two bedside tables. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. It's easy to get your money's worth out of it. The staff were all polite and accomodating.

The room was nice with a comfortable bed. The location is excellent, just steps from downtown. The restaurant/bar was nice as well. Friendly staff.

The free water at the front was very nice. The check in / check out was easy and quick. The hotel was generally quiet. Room was very clean

The property was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. I had put in a request for no feather pillows because I am allergic. Not only was my request honored by the time I checked in but I found a lovely note on the dresser letting me know that there were no feather pillows on the bed! I always ask at hotels and I have never received a note like that! it made me feel really good to know they not only cared enough to honor my request but actually informed me that they did instead of me having to feel the pillows and guess like I do at most other hotels. The bed itself was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. All this for a very reasonable price within walking distance of downtown. I will definitely stay there again the next time I come through Asheville!

Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. Wait staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Bathroom was a little small but adequate. We hope to utilize the exercise room next time. Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. We were so impressed that the maid staff was very, very accommodating and friendly!! The location was excellent for us because we prefer to park our vehicle and walk wherever we go.
